The goal of injection molding is simple: make the best parts possible for the lowest cost. In order to accomplish this and remain competitive among always growing competition, it’s vital to stay on top of the latest industry trends and continue to improve processing skills and techniques. In this presentation, we will review the latest improvements to common process development exercises commonly found in the industry, such as how to establish a fill-only part and how to set screw RPM. Our hope is that you leave with tools you can put to use immediately.
