Elk Grove Village, IL – February 22, 2021– Plustech, Inc., a distributor of Sodick Injection Molding equipment, along with Yamazen, Inc., has completed its relocation to a newly built facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The facility is located at 111 Northwest Point Blvd, and is only a few miles away from Chicago’s O’Hare Airport.
The new state-of-the-art facility is 138,000-square feet and includes a 13,000-showroom that can fit up to 30 machines, a 17,000-square foot turn-key robotics lab, offices, conference rooms, cafeteria, and 50,000-square foot warehouse space. Plustech can now house a complete inventory of modular injection units and is able to show visitors many machine configurations. The fully equipped production style showroom allows Plustech to continue 35-40 mold trials a year, with room to increase.
“We are excited to strengthen our presence in the market by expanding our North American Headquarters,” said Len Hampton, National Sales Manager, Plustech, Inc. “The community has provided tremendous support since we decided to move our facility to Elk Grove Village. Making this move will improve efficiency, collaboration, and cost-competitiveness, while providing an exceptional work environment for our employees.”
